Company Policies
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
In order to cancel or reschedule any service we need a minimum of 24 hours notice before the start time. Failure to provide notice within the policy timeframe will result in a Nonrefundable Late Cancellation Fee of $75. We do acknowledge that there can be extenuating circumstances and encourage all client's to reach out if there are any questions about this policy.
Quality Assurance Policy
We strive to ensure all of our clients are satisfied with the services we provide. In this pursuit, we require all of our Housekeepers to take pictures of each room after cleaning is finished. These photos will not ever be shared outside of our company without the consent of the homeowner. We require these photos be taken after every cleaning for Quality Assurance and to maintain the highest standards of accountability for our Housekeepers. We also require our Housekeepers to use Google Maps to inform management of their location upon arrival and at departure form each client's home. Due to the rural nature of our service area, we may request that our Housekeepers have access to WiFi at the client's home in order to check in and out on Google Maps.
Vacuum Cleaner Policy
Due to dust and pollen allergens, we require all client’s to provide their own vacuum cleaners for our Housekeepers to use. If no vacuum is provided this part of the service can not be completed.
Cleaning Supplies Policy
We use all industry standard cleaning supplies, including but not limited to, bleach, ammonia, vinegar, furniture cleaner, dish soap, and floor cleaner. If a client requests a specific brand or cleaning product the client will need to supply it.
